I understand that all pageant entries are non-refundable and are not transferable in full or in part under any circumstances. This includes but is not limited to entry fees, advertising fees, admission tickets, optional entries, etc.I understand that Queen Kits take 4-6 weeks to ship due to the customization of sashes.
I understand that all pageant details and updates are communicated through the Queens group on Facebook and that it is my responsibility to join this group and keep up with all pageant updates.
I give permission to Miss United States Agriculture LLC to forever use my/the entrant's photographs, testimonials, videos, etc. for publicity purposes and future material without compensation.
I understand that there is a $35 charge for all NSF checks and that all unpaid NSF checks will be reported to the County District Attorney's Office.
I understand that Miss United States Agriculture may change the date/location of the state/national competition if deemed necessary.
